What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful therapeutic approach that helps people create meaningful, lasting change by working directly with the subconscious mind — where beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses are formed.

Many of the struggles people experience in life are not caused by present circumstances alone, but by unconscious beliefs created earlier in life.

Beliefs such as:

  • I’m not good enough

  • I’m not safe

  • I have to please others

  • I don’t matter

  • I’m unlovable

  • I must stay small

  • I have to cope alone

RTT helps identify where these beliefs began, understand how they formed, and gently update them so they no longer shape your present.

It is a compassionate, insight-based process that creates deep internal shifts.

How RTT was developed

RTT was created by world-renowned therapist and author Marisa Peer.

Over more than three decades of clinical work, she trained in and practised multiple therapeutic approaches, including:

  • hypnotherapy

  • psychotherapy

  • CBT

  • NLP

  • neuroscience-informed methods

Through working with thousands of clients — including trauma survivors, high performers, and people struggling with anxiety, confidence, habits, and emotional pain — she observed that lasting change occurred most reliably when therapy accessed the subconscious mind directly.

She recognised that many therapeutic methods were helpful but often slow, fragmented, or surface-focused.

RTT was developed as an integrative method combining the most effective elements of multiple approaches into one focused, efficient process that works at the level where beliefs are stored and maintained.

Today RTT therapists trained by Marisa Peer are working worldwide and RTT is recognised as a leading modality in modern hypnotherapy-based psychotherapy.

How RTT works

RTT sessions gently guide you into a relaxed, focused state (often called hypnosis or trance).

This is not sleep or loss of control. It is a natural state of inward attention — similar to daydreaming or deep absorption.

In this state:

  • the critical conscious mind softens

  • subconscious memories and associations become accessible

  • patterns and beliefs can be explored safely

During the session we:

  1. identify the issue or pattern

  2. explore related memories or experiences

  3. understand how beliefs formed

  4. release outdated emotional responses

  5. install new supportive beliefs

This creates insight and change at the root level rather than only managing symptoms.

Why RTT can create rapid change

The subconscious mind drives:

  • habits

  • emotional reactions

  • self-image

  • fears

  • confidence

  • behavioural patterns

When change happens only at conscious level (willpower, logic, coping strategies), deeper patterns often remain. RTT works directly with the subconscious associations themselves.

When the underlying belief shifts, the pattern often changes naturally.

Clients frequently report:

  • emotional relief

  • new perspectives

  • reduced triggers

  • increased self-worth

  • behavioural change without struggle

What RTT can help with

RTT is commonly used for:

  • anxiety and overwhelm

  • confidence and self-worth

  • trauma and emotional pain

  • habits and compulsions

  • people-pleasing

  • procrastination

  • relationship patterns

  • body image and weight struggles

  • fears and phobias

  • inner child wounds

It addresses root causes rather than surface symptoms.

What a session feels like

RTT is gentle, collaborative, and safe. You remain aware and in control throughout. You can speak, move, and remember the session.

Many people experience:

  • deep relaxation

  • emotional clarity

  • insight

  • compassion toward themselves

  • relief

  • understanding

The goal is not to relive distress, but to understand and release it.

 Integration after RTT

After the session you receive a personalised audio recording.

This recording:

  • reinforces new beliefs

  • supports neural change

  • strengthens integration

Listening regularly helps the mind adopt healthier patterns more easily.

RTT combines session work + reinforcement for lasting change.

Why RTT aligns with Reach Your Zenith

RTT supports exactly what many people seek:

  • understanding themselves

  • healing earlier wounds

  • releasing limiting beliefs

  • building confidence

  • feeling safe internally

  • creating new identity

It addresses both emotional and behavioural patterns at their origin.

A gentle invitation

Many people live for years carrying beliefs that were never truly theirs — beliefs formed in childhood, stress, or survival moments. RTT offers a way to revisit those patterns with safety and compassion, understand them, and change them.

Change does not come from forcing yourself to be different.
It comes from updating what your mind believes is true.

If you feel drawn to explore this work, you’re warmly welcome.
